Frank Ohene Kusi's passion for hospitality started at a young age, growing up in a family of entrepreneurs in Accra. After completing his education, he dove headfirst into the industry, determined to make a name for himself. With an impressive 20-year tenure at renowned international hotel chains, including Hilton Hotel and Marriott Hotel, he rose through the ranks, gaining invaluable experience and insight into what makes a truly exceptional travel experience. Through hard work and dedication, he developed a deep understanding of the industry and identified a gap in the market - a lack of user-friendly online booking platforms catering to the Ghanaian market. He saw an opportunity to fill this gap and create a platform that would make booking hotels seamless, convenient, secure, and accessible to all. And so, Global Five Star, Five Diamond Services was born.
